Celebrating its 15th anniversary season, the Orchard Park Community Summer Band is once again being offered through Orchard Park Community Education! We invite you to be part of this cherished tradition as we continue bringing the joy of summer concerts to our community. This season is extra special as we honor two meaningful anniversaries: First, we celebrate the crystal anniversary - 15 wonderful years of sharing music with the Orchard Park community. Second, we mark the ruby anniversary of the Quaker Arts Pavilion, which opened its stage to the public in 1985 - an incredible 40 years ago! Join Music Director Scott Bean and Associate Conductor Mrs. Sarah LaPaglia as they lead the band through a selection of pieces that pay tribute to these exciting milestones. It’s a celebration you won’t want to miss!
The band is open to adults with prior experience playing in a concert band setting and any students enrolled in the high school band program in the Fall of 2024. Please take advantage of this opportunity to join alumni and friends of the Orchard Park Band Program in celebrating our love of music. Each year, more and more retired musicians join to rediscover the joy of playing in a band again. This is a great opportunity to “dust off” your instrument and enjoy making music with others!
We look forward to seeing everyone again as we return to great music-making in Orchard Park!

Registration Fee:
$30.00 - All Members
FREE - Orchard Park students, classes 2025-2030

- Registration through Orchard Park Community Education by Jun 6, 2025
- Online registration and payment is available at www.opschools.org/communityed
- If registering by mail or in person, make checks payable to Orchard Park Central School District.
- Please write the instrument you play on your registration form or email that information to me.
- If you need a low brass or low woodwind instrument to rent for the summer band season, please contact Mr. Bean or Mrs. LaPaglia after June 6th for availability.
- Music may be picked up at the security desk at the Baker Entrance at OPHS between 8 AM and 3 PM Mondays through Fridays beginning June 11th or at the first rehearsal.
