Low-impact program that is mat based exercises that build strength, flexibility, and body awareness using body weight and controlled movements. Pilates emphasizes the principles of breathing, concentration and precision while targeting the core muscles and improving posture, balance and can be done by EVERYONE! Pilates Fusion is traditional Mat Pilates and may add weight to this program. Bring a floor mat and 2,3 lb. weights.
