Take time for yourself after a long day to nourish your body and mind through the wisdom of Restorative Yoga and Ayurveda. This practice is designed to support your wellbeing as we transition into the fall and winter seasons—times when grounding, warmth, and inner resilience are especially needed.
Come onto your mat to:
Through gentle Hatha yoga postures, breathwork, stillness, and mindful awareness, we’ll explore how to build flexibility, strength, balance, and vitality. This is more than a class—it’s a way to carry your practice off the mat and into your everyday life with purpose and presence.
Please bring: A yoga mat, block, belt, and a pillow or cushion to sit on.
