Breath Work
Breath is a powerful tool at our disposal for self-regulation, energy generation and overall health. Breath helps with stress reduction, pain management, lowering blood pressure and eliminates disease state from forming. Life Coach/Meditation trainer Shawn Marie Cichowski will explore various breathing techniques and mind easing practices to promote optimal well being.
