Pelvic Floor Therapy
This course provides a comprehensive introduction to the pelvic floor, exploring its structure, function, and role it plays in health and well-being. Students will learn about common pelvic floor disorders such as incontinence, pelvic pain, prolapse, and sexual dysfunction as well as gain an understanding of how pelvic floor physical therapy is used to address these issues. This course is great for women of all ages from high-level athletes, currently pregnant women, and to women who have gone through menopause. Light refreshments will be provided.
