Fall Ball is designed to increase a players stick skills. Instructional practices will have a high focus on skill development. Passing, catching, shooting, and offensive skills will be stressed. Drills and small area games will develop offensive and team defensive strategies. Players should be ready to begin practice promptly at the assigned time

Players must have full equipment Boys: lacrosse stick, helmet, gloves, elbow pads, shoulder pads, mouth guard, and appropriate footwear. Girls: must have lacrosse stick, mouth guard, goggles and appropriate footwear.
