• Practices will focus on lacrosse skill development, athletic coordination and agility, offensive and defensive team concepts, and

small area games. Players looking to continue their development should also participate in our summer program running from

June 16 – July 30.

*Players must be FULLY equipped

(*All players should bring their own water bottle and have appropriate footwear)

Boys: Lacrosse stick, gloves, arm pads, shoulder pads, helmet, mouth guard, and protective cup.

Girls: Must have a regulation lacrosse stick, mouth guard, and lacrosse goggles.
