It is in fact, a very natural occurrence that people often engage in without realizing that it is happening. The power of meditation is meaningful when it is used with purpose. It has the power to enhance your life and to also give meaning to your existence. Come and learn how this energy can be helpful to you and discover its many uses. Discover how to take control of your life and transform it into a happy, fulfilling experience. You will also learn why a part of you is resistant to the concept of meditation and how to work around that obstacle.We will share the meditative experience in class and all of your questions will be answered.
