7 Week Winter Training Program 

This fitness program will be sport specific to golf. It will incorporate strength training for overall power, as well as core strengthening and flexibility for injury prevention. This is available for girls grades 6-12. 

*Training sessions are twice a week for 60 minutes.  One session will focus on power & strength training. The second session will focus on core strength and flexbility. 

*Each session will have a 30 minute fitness component in the high school fitness room followed by a 30 minute golf practice session in the High School Aux Gym ....so bring your clubs!

*Each golf practice session will have a focus topic. Students will also have an opportunnity to choose activities to work on individually.
